At DPS Deoghar, the safety and security of students remain our highest priority. The entire campus is equipped with an advanced CCTV surveillance system, ensuring continuous monitoring across all key areas. Trained attendants are deployed on every floor to provide assistance and supervision throughout the school day.
Professional security services are provided by a reputable security agency to maintain strict vigilance at all entry and exit points. Teachers actively monitor corridors, classrooms, and common areas during breaks and dispersal to ensure discipline and safety. A structured student movement system is followed, in which students leave classrooms in pairs. Dedicated female support staff are assigned to oversee and maintain hygiene in girls’ facilities.
School Campus Safety

“Two-Student Outgoing” rule is followed for washroom and water breaks, ensuring accountability, discipline, and a sense of companionship among students.
Two trained attendants are present on each floor, offering support and supervision during peak student movement hours.
Female attendants are posted outside girls’ restrooms, maintaining hygiene, safety, and comfort.
Hostel Safety (1000+ Bed Residential Facility)
The hostel is under constant CCTV surveillance, monitored by wardens and security staff.
Separate blocks for boys and girls, with assigned female staff for girls’ wing, ensure privacy and well being.
Round the clock resident wardens and caretakers ensure that every child is seen, heard, and supported emotionally and physically.
Medical help is always just a call away, and hostel life combines routine and care, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home.
Bus Safety
The school transport system is designed with comprehensive safety measures to ensure secure travel for all students. Each bus and vehicle is equipped with multiple CCTV cameras for continuous monitoring.
GPS tracking systems and speed governors are installed to regulate movement and ensure real time tracking.
Contact details of the responsible personnel are clearly displayed on every vehicle for quick communication.
All vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers and first-aid kits to respond to emergencies effectively also the entire fleet is regularly inspected and complies with all safety norms prescribed by local authorities.
Water Safety
RO water purification systems are installed on every floor, providing hygienic drinking water for both students and staff.
Separate, clearly marked potable water points prevent cross contamination.
Periodic cleaning and sanitization of water storage tanks ensure safe consumption at all times.
Swimming Pool Safety
The school maintains strict safety standards for aquatic activities.
Certified lifeguards and trained coaches are present at all times during pool usage and Separate female instructors are available for female students, and dedicated changing rooms are provided for boys and girls.
The swimming pool area is also under CCTV surveillance for enhanced safety.
Sanitation and Toilets
The school provides clean, well maintained, and separate toilet facilities for boys and girls.
Additional restrooms are available for transport staff and visitors, located outside the academic block to ensure hygiene and convenience for all.
